Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Products must be:
Unused and in their original condition.
Packed with original tags, labels, and packaging.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in original condition.
Personal care, beauty care, or hygiene-related items (due to safety reasons).
Items bought during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).
Process for Exchange
Contact our customer support team with your order ID and issue details.
Provide photos or videos of the defective/damaged/incorrect product (if requested).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange will be processed subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for any orders.
In cases where exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued at SKV Mart’s discretion.
